Special Olympics and Unified Games 2024
Students from around the District came out to complete and enjoy the day at the recent Special Olympics. Younger students participated at the South Lawrence East while Middle and High School students competed at the Veterans' Memorial Stadium. Thank you to all the volunteers who made this day possible. Arbor Day at the Bruce School
In celebration of Arbor Day and in collaboration with Groundworks Lawrence, the Alexander Bruce students learned about the importance of trees to our city and environment. They then rolled up their sleeves and planted beautiful trees across the campus alongside City officials.

Bruce Attends a Session at the MA Statehouse
The 8th grade students at the Alexander B. Bruce were recently invited to attend a session at the MA Statehouse hosted by both State Senator Pavel Payano and MA Representative Estela A. Reyes to learn about local civics and governance and how they can enact change through advocacy and voting.
