We are excited to announce that the 2026 LPS Summer Reading List is now ready for distribution! This list includes curated, grade-level appropriate book recommendations for students entering Grades 1 through 8:

Grade 1 , Grade 2 , Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 5 , Grade 6 , Grade 7 and Grade 8.

The full reading list will be posted on the LPS website and will also be shared with the Lawrence Public Library. The Lawrence Public Library will have copies of the selected books available for students to borrow.
